Me and my wife are going a year abroad and renting out my fully furnished 3 rooms apartment for one year in Westend, Charlottenburg.

The apartment is 83sqm in a new building with premium finishing. 1 Bedroom, 1 office and a massive living room with 180 degrees panorama windows and a glass balcony. The office can be transformed into a second bedroom easily. Shower and toilet in two different rooms and an open kitchen to the living room.

The apartment is fully furnished including the latest and greatest tech. For example a Wash-dryer, QLED 65Inch TV, Dolby Atmos sound system, a second bedroom TV, full smart-home system from electronic door locks, to light controls to voice assistance.

A spacious private garage is also available. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with an elevator.

The apartment is free from September 1st for 12 months with the possibility to move in from Aug 15th free of charge.

The apartment is in a super green family-friendly area near Olympia Stadion surrounded by villas and beautiful scenery. Walking distance is a direct train to the airport, a great connection to the office and Berlin city centre.
