Guten Tag,
die gesamte Wohnung ist ab sofort bis zum 31.01.2024 frei. Sie ist in einem super Zustand, ein Nichtraucherhaushalt und tierhaarfrei. Gesucht werden nette Zwischenmieter, die die Wohnung so schätzen können wie ich, weil ich meine Möbel stehen lasse.
Es gibt insgesamt zwei Doppelbetten. Eines im Schlafzimmer und eines im Wohnzimmer, welches als Sofa genutzt wird, aber genauso gut zum Schlafen geeignet ist. Die Wohnung wurde so auch schon als WG genutzt.
Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Ethanol-Kamin und die Wohnung ist Smart-Home-fähig. :)
In der Küche gibt es eine Waschmaschine, eine Spülmaschine und einen großen Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühler. Herd und Ofen sind Gas-Betrieben. Im Bad ist eine Dusche und ein paar Fächer um Sachen zu verstauen.
In der monatlichen Rate ist alles inklusive, Internet, Strom und Gas,...
Ich nehme eine Kaution von 1.000€, für den Fall, falls etwas kaputt gehen sollte.

the entire apartment is available from now until 31.01.2024. It is in great condition, a non-smoking household and pet hair free. I am looking for nice people who can appreciate the apartment as much as I do because you will be using my furniture.
There are two double beds in total. One in the bedroom and one in the living room, which is used as a sofa but is just as suitable for sleeping. The apartment has also been used as a shared flat.
There is an ethanol fireplace in the living room and the apartment is smart home compatible. :)
In the kitchen there is a washing machine, a dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer. The stove and oven are gas-powered. In the bathroom there is a shower and a few compartments to store things.
Everything is included in the monthly rate, internet, electricity and gas,...
I take a deposit of 1.000€, in case something will be broken.

Die Wohnung ist ist direkt gegenüber vom Schloss Charlottenburg. In der Umgebung sind viele kleine Parks, einen tollen Weihnachtsmarkt und den Schlossgarten.
Die Wohnung ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, sodass es schön ruhig ist.
Bahn und Bus sind nur ein paar minuten zu fuß entfernt. Zum Bus (M45, 109 und 309) sind es etwa 2 Min, zur U7 und U2 etwa 7 Min und zur Ringbahn etwa 15 Min Fußweg (oder man nimmt den Bus). So brauch man in die Innenstadt (z.b. Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderpatz) nur etwas mehr als 30 min.
Innerhalb von 5 Minuten Fußweg gibt es einen Rewe, eine Bio Company und einen Netto. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten kommen zwei Edeka und mein Türke des Vertrauens, sowie ein sehr guter und günstiger privat geführter Bio-Laden.

The apartment is at the Charlottenburg Palace. There are many small parks in the area, a great Christmas market and the palace gardens.
The apartment faces the inner courtyard, so it is nice and quiet.
The train and bus are only a few minutes' walk away. To the bus (M45, 109 and 309) it is about 2 minutes, to the U7 and U2 about 7 minutes and to the Ringbahn about 15 minutes walk (or you can take the bus). So you only need a little more than 30 minutes to get to the city center (e.g. Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderpatz).
Within 5 minutes walking distance there is a Rewe, a Bio Company and a Netto. Within 10 minutes there are two Edeka stores and my favorite Turkish grocery store, as well as a very good and inexpensive privately run organic food store.
