The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the backyard. It is an old building, has high ceilings and lots of light.
There are two workstations (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) for remote work.
The apartment will be handed over fully furnished. A deposit of 300€ has to be paid before moving in and will be transferred back within a week after moving out.

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Charlottenburg S-Bahn station and Messe Nord / ICC (Ringbahn). Shopping facilities such as Lidl, Edeka and Alnatura are within 5 minutes walking distance.
The shower is separate from the WC. A well-equipped kitchen including all appliances is available.
