ich suche Untermieter:in für meine komplett möblierte 2-Zimmerwohnung (ca. 45 qm) für 6 Wochen. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich, mit Dielen, Zentralheizung, Badewanne, Gasherd, WLAN, Waschmaschine, Doppelbett, Schreibtisch etc. ausgestattet. Sie liegt im Hochparterre (Kein Aufzug, leider nicht barrierefrei) und ist von Grün umgeben. Es sind ca. 2 min zur S/U/Zug-Station Jungfernheide (U7, Ringbahn, Regio). Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, sowie der Schlosspark Charlottenburg. Ich wohne hier mit meinem Hund, also nicht geeignet für Allergiker:innen, dafür für Menschen mit Hund.
Zeitraum von ca. 6.Mai bis 16. Juni, nach Absprache flexibel, Miete im Voraus (700,- monatl.) und 500,- Euro Kaution, maximal 2 Personen und 1 Hund nach Absprache, Nichtraucher:innen-Wohnung, keine Anmeldung möglich.

I am looking for a temporary tenant for my fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment for 6 weeks. The appartment is fully furnished, bright and cosy, 2 minutes to the station Jungfernheide (U7/Ringbahn/DB) bathtub, gas stove, central heating, wooden floorboards, desk, big bed, WIFI etc. I am living here with my dog, so it’s not suitable for people with allergies, but for someone with a dog. Rent in cash upfront as well as 500,- security deposit. No smoking. Maximum of 2 people and one dog.
