We're a couple and we're moving temporarily to the country. Therefore we rent a part of our fully furnished apartment for a few months below.
The apartment has 3 rooms.
We would like to make use of one of these to accommodate our private things and to be occasionally in Berlin and stay there.
We're brittle here in the country, so you usually have the apartment for you. But we're happy to meet you at the breakfast.
Spontaneous agreements should be possible, because we are both more and more spontaneously in Berlin.
The number of square meters is without our third private room.
We are open to a different couple or an individual.

The living room has a sofa bed, many plants, a beamer and canvas setup with firestick. In addition, there is a practical folding table on roll, which is discreetly stowed in the corner, and in the room is folded out enough space for 6 people.
The bedroom has a 1.80 bed with futon mattress and an adjacent balcony.
The kitchen has a dining area, dishwasher and washing machine.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

No party apartment, just smoke on the balcony.
The two rooms are optimally furnished and we look forward to nice, reliable and communicative people who like to take care of our many plants.

Wir sind ein Paar und ziehen temporär aufs Land. Deshalb vermieten wir einen Teil unserer voll möblierten Wohnung für ein paar Monate unter.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer.
Eines davon möchten wir nutzen, um unsere privaten Sachen unterzustellen und gelegentlich in Berlin zu sein und dort zu übernachten.
Wir sind gröstenteils hier aufm Land, also habt ihr die Wohnung meistens für euch. Aber wir freuen uns, euch mal beim frühstück zu treffen.
Spontane absprachen sollten möglich sein, denn wir sind beide freiberuflich öfter spontan in Berlin.
Die angegebene quadratmeteranzahl ist ohne unser drittes privates Zimmer.
Wir sind offen dafür, dass ein anderes Paar oder eine Einzelperson einzieht.

Das Wohnzimmer hat eine schlafcouch, viele Pflanzen, ein Beamer und Leinwand Setup mit firestick. Außerdem gibt es einen praktischen Klapptisch auf rollen, der dezent in der ecke verstaut ist, und im Raum ausgeklappt genug Platz für 6 Leute bietet.
Das Schlafzimmer hat ein 1.80 Bett mit futonmatratze und einen angrenzenden balkon.
Die Küche hat eine Essecke, Spühlmaschine und Waschmaschine.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche, Klo, Bidet und Waschbecken.

Keine Party Wohnung, rauchen bitte nur auf dem Balkon.
Die zwei Zimmer sind optimal eingerichtet und wir freuen uns über nette, zuverlässige und kommunikative Menschen die sich gern um unsere vielen Pflanzen kümmern.
