Ich suche einen Nachmieter ab 15.11.09 für meine schöne Zweiraumwohnung. Sie hat abgezogene Dielen, in jedem Zimmer Fenster und wurde vor einem Jahr komplett renoviert.
Eventuell könnt ihr auch eine Woche früher rein, ich ziehe am 7.11. aus, aber dann schaffe ich es nicht mehr die Bohrlöcher alle zu verschließen und gegebenenfalls ein oder zwei Wände zu streichen. Das wäre dan neuer Part.
Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon mit Südausrichtung und im Sommer kann man hier herrlich ein Sonnenband nehmen.
Sie liegt sehr ruhig, 2 min. von einem Park mit Badeteich entfernt, U-Bahn ist aber in 8 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen und Bus fährt ca. 2 min. entfernt.
