The apartment is located in Guerickestr. and belongs to the sub-district of the University of Arts and the Technical University Berlin. It is a save neighbourhood with a lot of students, young professionals and families. Nearby are a lot of cultural happenings as well as two parks (Schloßpark Charlottenburg and Tiergarten).
You can expect all the amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment has roundabout 63 squaremeters and five rooms (kitchen, bathroom with tube, living room, bedroom), a closet in the kitchen and a balcony. The living- and the bedroom are of nearly equal size. One is out to the north-east and the other to the south-west. The apartment is in the first story of a five story prewar building. Very special and rare in the inner city is a cute and large backyard garden which can be used by the tenants of the house.
The actual tenants are paying approx. 70€ for heating and 50€ for electricity which are in addition to the "Nebenkosten".
The apartment is very close to public transportation (bus lines 101, 245, M45 and best: the central line U2).
