Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und gut geschnitten. Ein Westbalkon mit neuen Dielen und weitem Ausblick ist vohanden. Das Bad hat eine Wanne und ein Fenster. Im Flur ist eine Abstellmöglichkeit, als Wandschrank. Ein Keller ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind mit Laminat ausgelegt, sowie der Flur. Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es auch. Zum U-Bhf Bismarckstraße sind es 3 min. Fußweg und zum S-Bhf Charlottenburg sind es ca. 15min.,die Autobahn und der Bus sind auch schnell zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es sehr viele, z.b. Wilmersdorfer-Arcarden. Aber man kann sich auch erholen, der Schlosspark Charlottenburg ist in 10min. Fußweg zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist nicht -WG- geeignet!!!
Die letzte allgemeine Wohnungsbesichtigung findet am Sonntag,den 07.08.11, zwischen 17:30 - 19Uhr statt.EINFACH VORBEI KOMMEN!!!!
