I am a student at HWR in Berlin. I am going to do an internship in Munich and leaving on the 10th. So, I am renting out my one room here at the student dormitory at Dauerwaldweg 1 until the end of February or early March.
My student dormitory is a house with 12 people, everybody with one room. 6 people sharing 2 showers and 1 toilet. There is one big common room and kitchen for all the people in the house which has all the kitchen equipment you need.
Less than 5 mins walk to S7 Grunewald. 5 mins walk to 2 supermarket (REWE and Kaiser). 5 mins S bahn to Charlottenburg, where you can find anything you need. You can pretty much go anywhere and the city center in less than half an hour. Anyway it is a super convenient place and it is also quiet with a garden, forest and lake outside for chilling out.
As I will leave on 10 August, I urgently need to find someone to rent it. If you are interested, please email or call me and you are welcome to come and see the room in these few days before i leave. It is also okay if you want to start renting it from Sept or Oct onwards. Just contact me for more info, thanks!
