Hallo,
wir sind über den Sommer nicht im Lande und möchten deshalb unsere tolle Zweiraumwohnung mitten in Charlottenburg für die Zeit vom 1. Juli bis 15. Oktober untervermieten.
Ich bin ab dem 1. Juli weg, Johannes wird erst ab 19. Juli nicht mehr da sein. Deshalb ist eine Vermietung von einem Zimmer (Preis VB) schon ab dem 1. Juli möglich -ab 19. steht dann die ganze Wohnung zur Verfügung.
Die schöne Altbauwohnung ist voll möbliert, hat eine Einbauküche (inklusive Geschirr, Kaffeepadmaschine etc.), Waschmaschine, Bad ohne Fenster-dafür mit Badewanne;), tollem Balkon mit viel Sonne und voll von unserem ganz persönlichen Charme;)

Die Wohnung liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße im beliebten Danckelmannkiez nahe dem Schloß Charlottenburg mit super Anbindung zwischen dem U-Bhf Sophie-Charlotte-Platz (U2) und S-Bhf Westend (S41, S42) mit optimaler Anbindung zur A100.
