I'm subletting my fully-furnished apartment in Charlottenburg over the summer since I'm away for an internship during this time. The flat has a separate main living/sleeping room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The flat has a lot of space, and the furnishings include a TV, 32Mbps wireless Internet, a desk, a chair, a bed, a wardrobe, a dishwasher, an electric chimney, a fridge and a washing machine. The building is very quiet too. Lots of sunlight and big windows is another reason to love the apartment.
The apartment is fully-furnished, and is within two blocks of both the U2 and U7 u-bahn stations, a stop away from the ring-bahn and a ten minute walk away from S-bahn Charlottenburg, which makes it very convenient to get to any part of the city. The bus to the Berlin-TXL airport arrives right outside the apartment. The flat is on the main street and has a supermarket, restaurants, and bakeries from the doorstep onwards. It is a fifteen to twenty minute walk from the TU-Berlin.
While I'm away from June 6th till the end of August, a week or two of adjusting on either side of the dates is fine for me. Just let me know your preferences and we'll work out a plan.
