Ich biete meine wunderbare 2-Zimmer Altbau-Wohnung zum TAUSCH gegen eine gleichwertige Wohnung im Osten der Stadt. Wunschbezirke sind Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg oder Kreuzberg. Die Wohnung ist im 4. OG und lichtdurchflutet und hat wunderschöne alte Holzdielen. Es ist ein Berliner Altbau im klassischen Sinne in unglaublich ruhiger Lage im Hinterhaus direkt am Savignyplatz. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem kleinen Zimmer (16m2) und einem großen Zimmer (30m2). Bitte nur mit entsprechenden Tauschangeboten kontaktieren!
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist perfekt angebunden. Der ist S-Bahnhof Savignyplatz ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt und die TU Berlin ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar.Die Kantstraße erreicht man in 2 min und innerhalb von 5 min ist man am Kudamm. Mit der U1 ist man in 15 min in Kreuzberg. Der Flughafen Tegel ist in 15 min mit dem Bus erreichbar und in der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es alle erdenklichen Supermärkte und einen wunderbaren Wochenmarkt am Karl-August Platz (Mittwochs und Samstag).

The apartment is directly located at Savignyplatz and S-Bahn station is 3 min by walk. Hauptbahnhof is 8min by S-Bahn, Alexanderplatz in 15 min. The Technical University is 5 min within walking distance, Humboldt University 15 min by S-Bahn and Freie Universität by U-Bahn in 30 min.
U2 and U1 are 7 min by foot and you are able to reach Kreuzberg within 15 min. Tegel Airport is 15 min Bus. Supermarkets and Bakeries are around the corner and there is also an organic market on Wednesday and Saturday.
