Hello everybody :)
I am subletting my flat in the center of former West Berlin from the 15th of December until the 15 of March 2018. Please contact me only if you are interested in the entire period, not for some time in between.
The flat is 50 sq.m., consisting of 2 rooms (a small sleeping room and a big living room), a kitchen fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, plus a bathroom. It is located on the 4th floor, no elevator, no balcony. More photos can be send on request.
The house is very quiet, therefore I am searching for someone equally quiet: no parties or loud music at night, respecting the neighbors, no pets. Smoking is allowed in the living room (I smoke there too), the rest of the flat is smoke free.
I am looking for somebody reliable, who will take care of the flat for the time I will be away, while he/she will enjoy the time in Berlin. The rent should be paid in advance, not later than the 28th of each month, therefore there will be a preference to people with a steady income; in case of a non-steady income, I would request payment of the rent for the entire period in advance. The caution is 600 euros and you will of course get it back after you leave the flat.
The price includes everything: the rent, electricity and heating, high-speed Internet, warm water 24/7, free calls on the landlines of EU (no mobile numbers though).

The flat is located in one of the nicest areas of Berlin, almost directly at the Ludwigkirchplatz, exactly at the border between Charlottenburg and Wilmersdorf. There are countless cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood as well as supermarkets. The Ku'damm and the U-bahn Station Uhlandstrasse is a 5 minutes walk, while the S-bahn at Savignyplatz is less than 10 minutes away; numerous buses are running around the area. The flat is on the 4th floor, no elevator, no balcony.
Please write me a couple of things about yourself, how are you financing yourself, what are you planning to do in Berlin during your stay and also include a link to a social media profile of yours. I will then contact you soon to set an appointment for visiting the flat.
*There is a chance of extending your stay in the flat, but I will not know it before February.
