Hallo,
ich werde kurzfristig für 6 Monate ins Ausland gehen und bin daher noch auf der Suche nach einer zuverlässigen Untermieterin oder Untermieter für meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Berlin-Charlottenburg.
Zeitraum: 03. Oktober bis Mitte / Ende April 2019
Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und voll möbliert (inkl. Waschmaschine).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Charlottenburg, ist sehr gut gelegen und in der nahen Umgebung befinden sich viele Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Darüber hinaus ist die Anbindung an den ÖPNV sehr gut, der Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustüre und die U- und S-Bahn (Charlottenburg) ist fußläufig (ca. 5 min) zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist auf Grund der Zimmeraufteilung nicht WG tauglich, für eine alleinstehende Person aber auch für ein Pärchen sehr gut geeignet. In der Wohnung sollte nicht geraucht werden, auf dem Balkon ist das aber natürlich kein Problem.
