Aufgrund meines neu beginnenden Studiums im Fach Medizin in einer anderen Stadt möchte ich meine wunderschöne und möblierte Wohnung untervermieten.
Die Wohnung liegt in schönem Charlottenburg in direkt am Kudam und du bist in 15 Minuten in Mitte
Die Sbahnhöfe Charlottenburg und Halensee, der Ubahnhof Adenauer Platz sowie sämtliche Busse sind fußläufig in 4-8 Minuten zu erreichen.
Edeka, Lidl, Netto und der schöne Lietzensee sind ebenfalls fußläufig in 6-9 Minuten erreichbar. Flughäfen Schönefeld und Tegel sind ohne Umsteigen in 20-35 Minuten zu erreichen.
Ich suche Jemanden für einen Zeitraum von mindestens einem Jahr bin aber auch flexibel:)

Due to my recently started subject in Medicine in another city, I would like to sublet my beautiful furnished apartment for at least one year.
The apartment is located in the beautiful Charlottenburg in at Kudam and you will get to „Mitte“ in 15 Minutes.
The Sbahnhöfe Charlottenburg and Halensee, the U-Bahn station Adenauer Platz and all buses are within walking distance in 4-8 minutes. you get to the airpots Tegel and Schönefeld without any stops in 25-35 Minutes.
Bio company, Rewe, Lidl, Netto and the beautiful Lietzensee are also within walking distance in 6-9 minutes.
I'm looking for someone for at least one year but I'm flexible too :)
