-13min Zoologischer Garten, 20min Berlin Hbf
Die Nachbarn empfehlen die Miete über den Mieterbund zu kürzen, da dies bisher bei mehreren Wohnungen im Haus möglich war. Den Aufwand möchte ich nicht mehr betreiben, da ich etwas eigenes kleines suche:
Tausche nur gegen Wohnungen, die ebenfalls einen SONNIGEN BALKON oder eine TERRASSE haben!
