Hallo Leute,
Ich bitte ein schönes helles Zimmer in einer Wg neben dem Oskar Helene Heim an. Im näheren Umfeld (7-8 min. Zu Fuß)gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Name der Läden einfügen). Das Zimmer hat 17-18 qm und hat zwei Fenstern sowie zwei Heizkörper. Das Zimmer ist bereits möbliert und wäre so zu übernehmen. In der Küche gibt es alles was man brauch, aber du kannst auch gerne deine Sachen noch mitbringen. Die Miete beträgt warm 380€+ 23€ für Radio und Internet. Das Zimmer wäre bis 2018 zu vermieten, kürzer ist aber auch kein Problem (kündigungsfrist 30 Tage). Du würdest mit einer jungen Chinesin zusammen wohnen. Sie studiert auf ihren Docter an der freien Universität und ist ein eher ruhiger Menschen. Sie wird Ca. drei Monaten wieder in ihre Heimat gehen, das heißt ab Mai darfst du dir einen neuen Mitbewohner/ein suchen bzw wählen. Wenn du interesse hast meld dich bitte bei mir Liebe Grüße!

This room is bright and already have furnitures ( table/ bed/ garderobe/ big lamp-...) So you just can bring your self. It is near to Oskar helen heim and you can get to the station in 7 mins. There is also a bus station 285. It takes 2 mins from your flat.
There are so many buses x10, 115, 623-... You can take all in front of Oskar helena Heim station :)
I personally think it should be perfect for a frei university student!
Your flat mate will be one Chinese girl she is doing doctor degree here but she will go back to her county in may and automatically you will have the right to select your new flat mate :) the flat itself very clean and neat and neighbors are all nice! As you know zehlendorf is really safe and quiet area. If you want to live in city center, it would be bit far but if you want to live in safe residential area, i can say that the location is perfect! I just found another room, which fits more with my budget. Thats why i decided to move out, but else i want to live here :) -!
17-18 qm, 380 euro per month ( room warm Mieter) 22-23 euro for radio and internet. Internet device is in your room. If you are interested in this room ;) pm me. Or send me the msg!

there are two supermarkets near to the flat (both edk)
it takes maximum 10 mins to get there.
but usually 6-7 mins
there is also a bus station near to the flat 285 ( am hegenwinkel)
two mins away
you can take many buses from my place
the other girl wanted to find someone quiet and try to keep the flat clean.
and personally think that this room is good for student.
it's very close to Fu.
