The apartment is situated on the second floor. The neighbours are very nice and mainly mind their own business. Our place is made up out of two equally sized rooms: bedroom, livingroom, a small fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom with walk in (+rain) shower. The design is clean, minimalistic and warm.
The apartment is situated in the best part of Schöneberg: Friedenau. The neighbourhood is beautiful, leafy and quiet, cute small shops and cafés, bakeries as well as restaurants (the best pizza) are in short walking distance. A big city park for long walks or jogging is nearby.
Public Transport is reached in 5 walking minutes (S1, Ringbahn, U9, Busses M85, M48 and several more) getting you around the city in no time. The Autobahn is close too.
We expect you to take very good care of our apartment while you live here. It is not some sort of hotel. You should be very neat and tidy and resourceful, just like we are.
