I'm away from the 26th of March to the 30th April and I'm looking for somebody to sublet the flat while I'm away.
It is a 53sqm apartment, a big room, living room, kitchen, shower and toilet on a second floor without lift. The cost for the whole stay including bills is 1,100 euros, this is what I pay. However this is including the current gas cost for winter. April should be warmer, we would check the meter reading and adjust the cost looking at the exact usage of the gas, it should be cheaper.
I work from home, and have no complaints about the Internet.
The flat very bright, located in Friedenau, a really nice and quiet area. There are like 7 supermarkets, 4 drugstores around.
The s1 and u9 stops are within walking distance. It takes 9 min since jumping on the u9 to get to Zoologisher Garden.
At the building live German old people, and I try to be mindful.
Pets and anmeldung not possible, sorry
