Hallo,
wir suchen Zwischenmieter_innen für unsere Wohnung in 12587 Berlin Friedrichshagen (am Müggelsee im Osten). Die Wohnung ist 87qm gross, verfügt über 3 Zimmer, Küche, Bad mit Wanne und einem grossen Balkon Richtung Süden. Sie liegt im Dachgeschoss und gerade mal 4 Minuten entfernt von den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Mit der S3 kommt ihr ab S-Bahn Friedrichshagen alle 10 Minuten bis rüber nach Spandau (via Ostkreuz, Alexanderplatz, Hbf, Zoo etc). Also beste Anbindungen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Sowie eine Menge Natur, obwohl ihr in Berlin wohnt :) Friedrichshagen ist wunderschön, hat einen Kleinstadtcharakter und ist der grossen, wilden Stadt so nah.

It's a 3 bed room apartment with a very big balcony looking south. The rent is including all the other bills such as internet and electricity etc.
We have a washing machine, a dish washer, two big sleeping couches as well as a bed and a baby bed. Friedrichshagen is a very beautiful area of Berlin. Full of nature with the müggel lake and still so close to the wild big city. The tram, s-bahn and buses stations are only 4 minutes to walk to.
We are looking forward to your messages, also if you wanna stay less than a month :)
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal. 4 Minuten bis zu Bus und Tram und 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur S3. Ihr kommt wirklich gut überall hin! Trotzdem habt ihr alles was ihr braucht und euch wünscht vor der Tür in der Bölschestrasse, sowie unfassbar viel Natur.
The connection with busses and trams is perfect. Only 4 minutes walk away. 10 minutes to go to the S3 which is going through all Berlin every ten minutes. Still you have everything you wish for in front of your door as well as a lot of nature.
Wir freuen uns über jede Anfrage. Die Wohnung kann gerne per Skype oder in echt vorher besichtigt werden :)
