Cozy WG, Shared Flat - near Tempelhofer Feld - unlimited, couples welcome, moving in date flexible

We're Charly and Basti (both 28 and German) and we are looking for someone to join our shared flat (preferably another couple). We like to travel, cook, do sports, watch movies, play board games and go to the sauna or do other fun stuff in the city. Charly is a Psychotherapist and Yoga teacher and Basti is a Machine Learning Engineer.

The apartment is completely new (February 2024) and very nice. Spacious rooms, floor heating, rainshower, open new kitchen, completely darkening automatic window shutters and it's a rear building (i.e. it's quiet), etc... (We wouldn't have needed most of that stuff but it's not like we were offered many other places). The apartment is conveniently located, a 5-minute walk from U Hermannstraße and an additional 2 minutes from Tempelhofer Feld.
The entire apartment costs 2500€ which is partly why we are looking for two people so that we can at least split the bill by four.

What we are looking for are honest and direct communicators who are interested in having a fun and relaxed shared flat.
