cozy flat in kreuzberg

Wir vermieten unsere kleine gemütliche Wohnung in Kreuzberg für den Monat Februar unter. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, Küche, Bad. Altbau, Dielen, erstes Obergeschoss, ist zentral gelegen, ruhig und voll ausgestattet.
Idealerweise könnte hier ein Pärchen wohnen, oder aber auch zwei Einzelpersonen (als WG) oder auch eine Einzelperson.
Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Kühlschrank, Herd, Spülmaschine, Siebträgermaschine, Geschirr), ein voll ausgestattetes Bad (mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine) und zwei möblierte Zimmer (16qm & 20qm), siehe Fotos.
Außerdem gibt es WLAN für Homeoffice oder Filmabende. 
Wir sind ein rauch-und Haustierfreier Haushalt und bitten Euch, wilde Partys lieber im Berghain als in unserer Wohnung zu feiern ;))
Kosten für den gesamten Zeitraum betragen 1.100€ (alles inklusive). Falls zwei Einzelpersonen (als WG) sich den Wohnraum in der Zeit teilen wollen, kostet das 16qm große Zimmer 500€ und das 20qm große Zimmer 600€.

We are renting out our small, cosy flat in Kreuzberg for the month of February. The flat has two rooms, kitchen, bathroom. Old building, floorboards, first floor, centrally located, quiet and fully equipped.
Ideally, a couple could live here, or two single people (as a shared flat) or even a single person.
There is a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, cooker, dishwasher, espresso machine, crockery), a fully equipped bathroom (with bathtub and washing machine) and two furnished rooms (16sqm & 20sqm), see photos.
There is also wifi for home office or film evenings. 
We are a smoke and pet free household and ask you to celebrate wild parties in Berghain rather than in our flat ;))
Costs for the whole period are 1.100€ (all inclusive). If two single people (as a shared flat) want to share the living space during the period, the 16sqm room costs 500€ and the 20sqm room 600€.
