The apartment has four rooms, three by the entrance and mine (photo 6, 9, 10, 11 and 12) is close to the kitchen. The apartment is on the fifth floor with a great view and can be accessed by elevator. The apartment has a kitchen (photo 5), a living room (photo 1), two full bathrooms( photo 2, 4 and 7), one common balcony, and common areas (inner courtyard with a playground where you can also park your bike).
The apartment is located on the Hausburgstraße and belongs to the district of Friedrichshein-Kreuzberg

I will be subventing my room until the 30th of June. Two other international students live in the apartment.
The current students living in the apartment would preferably live with another clean and organised girl. Parties are not allowed, since older tenants live in the building. Unfortunately, I was not told exactly how big the room is but it is around 14m2. The room has the area near the window with a single bed (there is a mattress for the bed in the house from the old tenants but I would recommend getting a new one since it is not in the best shape) and it continues in an L shape where the wood furniture piece is.
As for the deposit, I had to give three months worth of a deposit. Since this is a short-term lease only one month will be needed.
