Für Berufstätige (eine Person oder 1 Paar) über 40 Jahren, die gerne die Kultur und das reiche Freizeitangebot dieses Viertels nutzen ohne die Wohnung zur Partyzone zu machen ;-)

During May/June I will be travelling.
For whom is this place suitable?
For any working person (or one couple) over 40 years who appreciate/s the vast offer of leisure time activities of this area, as well as the culture ambiance but with no ambitions to make this home a part of the party scene ;-)
also: you shouldn't bring pets, smoke or take drugs.
My neighbours are kind. Please be kind with them as well.
