Hallo,
wir würden gerne unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung gegen eine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung ab Anfang 2022 tauschen.
Die Wohnung (ca. 45 qm) besteht aus einem großen Hauptzimmer mit Küche, einem Schlafzimmer und einem gefliesten Bad mit Dusche. In der Küche sind alle üblichen Küchenutensilien vorhanden, sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Geschirrspüler. Die Wohnung ist Ende 2018 renoviert worden und es gibt so ziemlich alles, was man braucht.
Wir haben die Küche gebaut und neue Geräte gekauft (Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine). Zusätzlich würden wir zwei große Schränke im Schlafzimmer überlassen. Dafür müsste ein Festpreis von 1450e gezahlt werden.
Ansonsten können wir andere Möbelstücke bei Bedarf zu einem fairen Preis überlassen.

we would like to swap our flat two-room flat for a 3-room one from 15.1.2022
The apartment (approx. 45 sqm) consists of a big main room with a kitchen, a sleeping room, and a tiled bathroom with a shower. In the kitchen, all normal kitchen utensils are available, as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher. The house community is mixed.
We made the kitchen and bought new appliances (fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine). Additionally, we are selling two big wardrobes in the sleeping room. Therefore a fixed price of 1450e would have to be paid out.
Other than that we can leave other pieces of furniture if required for a fair price.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, da sie sich in einem Gebäude mit Innenhof befindet, so dass man keinen Straßenlärm hören werde. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist gemischt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Krossenerstraße, im 3. Stock des Hinterhauses. Das Haus ist ein typischer Berliner Altbau in der Nähe des Boxhagenerplatzes.

The apartment is very quiet, since it is in a building with an inner courtyard, so you won't hear street noise. The flat is renovated at the end of 2018 and there is pretty much everything you need. It is in Krossenerstrasse, on the 3rd floor of the rear building. The house is a typical Berlin altbau near Boxhagenerplatz.
Straßenbahn(en) 2 min entfernt, Sbahn / Ubahn (U1, U5) 7 min zu Fuß.
Beide Zimmer sind mit Rauchmeldern ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung ist für Paare geeignet.
