Hallo liebe Leute,

ich biete meine superschöne, helle Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete während meines Urlaubs an. . Der Preis is 30 EUR/Nacht (warm.)
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Warschauer Straße, zahlreiche Cafes, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Clubs, Parks etc. sind in der Nähe. Die Lage ist trotzdem ruhig und man kann in der Wohnung seine Ruhe haben. (Und im Schlafzimmer gibt es jeTzt auch einen Vorhang, also man kann im Dunkel schlafen :-)
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Person oder ein Pärchen, besonders wenn man Berlin entdecken will, da die Ecke echt eine der Besten in Berlin ist.
Gerne hätte ich jemanden, der/die sich währen dieser Woche um meine zahlreiche Pflanzen kümmern kann.
Besichtigung kurzfristig möglich.

Hi beautiful people,

my lovely, sunny flat is for rent as long as I am away for Holiday around Eastern. Price is 30 EUR/night all inclusive.
The apartment is located at the Warschauer Str., one of the best districts in Berlin, with lost of cafes, pubs, restaurants, shops and parks around. The apartment is still pretty quiet and you can have your peace (and sleep in dark since there are curtains in the bedroom :)
The flat is perfect for one person or a couple, especially if you wanna explore Berlin since it is pretty in the middle of everything - you can definitely have a taste of Berlin here.
It would be awesome if you could take care of my plants during that one week ;-)
