Hey there!
I am looking for a calm and responsible person to sublet my big, beautiful, bright, and lovely apartment from around 15.04 to around 30.06, but possibly longer depending on my situation. I am going back to the UK for a little while to attend to family matters.
The place is really lovely, and is really coming into its own since I'm adding lots of plants and furniture. There are two main rooms, one with a balcony and another one with an Oriel window that gets A LOT of light :), especially during these months. I want to get a hammock to put next to the bed so I can sunbathe in that room one day, maybe an idea for you! I want to also put up a Trellis on the balcony and grow vines up it, which I'll try to have in place before I leave to make the balcony even nicer! The balcony faces AWAY from Frankfurter Allee, and so has a really nice view of the tree-lined street. It is very nice for coffee in the mornings, especially when I will put more plants there!
The kitchen is nice and big (huge, I would say) and is actually my favourite room. There's a table with chairs which you can use for a dinner table, or even to work from. This room also gets a lot of light.
The street is really beautiful. There are nice, cozy bars, coffee shops, yoga studios, etc and Boxhagener Platz is about 10 minutes walk away. U Samariterstr and U & S Frankfurter Allee are both around 3 to 5 minutes walk away. Trams M10 and 16 are also around the corner, and these will get you to some very useful places.
Price includes everything inc. internet etc.
You can use my projector, monitors, desk etc for your needs.
Apartment has a cellar, but it will probably be full of my stuff to make some space in the apartment for your stuff!
