Wir suchen ein Paar oder eine Person zur Untervermietung unserer schönen Wohnung 4. Bis ende März, noch April für 1450€/Monat. Nicht geeignet als WG oder für Kinder. Anmeldung möglich.

Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 1260€ für das Periode anteilig, inkl. alles, plus Internet, Gas, Strom, Heizung, Wasser, usw. Sie müssen Pflanzen lieben und sich gut um sie kümmern oder biete ich Hilfe damit. 100€ Reinigungskosten.

Die Wohnung ist komplett und stilvoll eingerichtet, 2-Zimmer über 60 qm, im 7. Stock mit Aufzug und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, also viel Licht, auch in den dunklen Monaten. Die U-Bahn ist gleich unten, und die Küche hat alles, was Sie brauchen, einschließlich einer Waschmaschine und Trockner für weiche Handtücher und warme Bettwäsche in den kalten Jahreszeit. Badewanne! Alle anderen Fragen, fragen Sie einfach.

I am seeking a couple or person to sublet my beautiful apartment from 5th–31st March, also April for 1450€/month. Fully and stylishly furnished, the apartment is two rooms over 60 square meters, on the 7th floor with an elevator, and it's south-facing, so it gets lots of light, even in the dark months. The U-Bahn is just downstairs, and the kitchen has everything you need, including a washer and dryer for soft towels and warm sheets during the cold. Bathtub, small desk, comfy couch, plenty of storage — any other questions, just ask. The apartment is not suitable for roommates or children. Registration is possible.

The total rent is 1260€ for the period, incl. internet, gas, electricity, heating, water, etc., plus a final cleaning fee of 100€. I'd prefer those who also love plants and would take good care of them, of course! The deposit is 1200.
