ich biete hier meine Wohnung zur Untermiete an, da ich 2 Wochen bei meiner Family sein werde. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, mit allem was man braucht. Der höhenverstellbare Schreibtisch mit 2 Monitoren und einer Dockingstation, an welche ein Laptop angeschlossen werden kann, kann gerne benutzt werden bei Bedarf.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße in Friedrichshain. Alles was man zum leben benötigt ist fußläufig erreichbar, inklusive eines Parkes direkt vor der Haustüre (2min zu Fuß). Alle Öffis (S-Bahn, Tram, U-Bahn) sind zu Fuß innerhalb von max. 10min zu erreichen.

Idealerweise wird die Wohnung für den kompletten Zeitraum gemietet, ggf. wäre aber auch kürzer möglich. Bitte in die Anfrage den gewünschten Zeitraum rein schreiben :)

Ich freue mich, die Wohnung in vertrauensvolle Hände zu übergeben. Wäre super, wenn du/ihr auch die paar sehr pflegeleichten Blumen ab und zu gießen könntet. Mietet beträgt insgesamt 200€/Woche + Kaution. Freue mich auf eure Anfragen :)

I am offering my apartment for subletting here, as I am going to be out of Berlin for a bit. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need. The height-adjustable desk with 2 monitors and a docking station, to which a laptop can be connected, can be used if required.

The apartment is centrally located and yet very quiet in a side street in Friedrichshain. Everything you need to live is within walking distance, including a park right outside the front door (2min walk). All public transport (S-Bahn, tram, subway) can be reached on foot within a maximum of 10 minutes.

Ideally, the apartment is rented for the entire period, but it could also be shorter if necessary. Please write the desired period in the request :)

I am happy to hand over the apartment in trusting hands. It would be great if you could also water the few low-maintenance flowers from time to time. Total rent is 200€/week + deposit. Looking forward to your request :)
