The apartment is fully furnished. It has two bathrooms (a guest bathroom incl. washing machine and "storage room", as well as the main bathroom with skylight and bathtub), a fully equipped office (ideal for home office), a large living room, an open kitchen, two balconies (east & west orientation) and everything else you would expect from a well equipped apartment. It is on the top floor of a back building.
The living room, kitchen, bedroom and office all have (almost) floor-to-ceiling windows and each have their own access to one of the two balconies.
The apartment is located near the Frankfurter Tor and is therefore very centrally located. The U5 and the M10 stop directly at Frankfurter Tor and thus offer quick connections to the main station (15min with U5), the Ringbahn (4min with U5), the S-Bahn network via Warschauer Straße (6min with M10), to Kreuzberg and Neukölln, as well as to Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte and many other parts of the city.
The apartment is located in the rear building and is therefore very quiet. The front building shields from the busy intersection at Frankfurter Tor and behind the house is a small park, so you can hear birds chirping and children laughing.
