NUR FÜR EIN MONAT DA WIR NICHT IN BERLIN SIND. (07.08.23 - 09.09.23).
Es ist ein Altbau (Stalinbau) aber gut renoviert. Die Gebäude hat Aufzug.Meine Wohnung hat sehr schöne Design und ich habe es selbe auch 1 Jahr vorher komplett neu renoviert.
Wir haben alles, was Sie für einen bequemen und entspannten Aufenthalt in Berlin brauchen. Da wir selbst hier wohnen, ist alles in einem perfekten und sehr sauberen Zustand.
Die Wohnung hat ein Schlaffzimmer (Bett 180x200), ein grossen Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer, sowie eine Küche (voll ausgestattet). Die Wohnung ist in sehr gute Zustand - sauber und gut gepflegt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral - es ist auf Karl-Marx-Allee
15min zum Fuß bis Alex sowie Ostbahnhof
30min zum Fuß Berliner Dom
15 min zum Fuß bis Berliner Mauer
20min zum Fuß Mercedes Benz Arena
Es gibt alles nebenbei. Sehr viele Restaurants, Cafes und Supermarkte - Edeka, Lidl, Netto.
U5 sowie Bus ist nur in 2 min erreichbar.
Keine Haustiere sind erlaubt. Keine Partys.Wir haben sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft. Die Wohnung ist ideal für jemanden oder ein Paar, das in Berlin für die Arbeit ist, oder die Stadt zu erkunden und braucht einen schönen und ruhigen Wohnung zu bleiben.
