Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem typischen Berliner Altbau inmitten des zentralgelegenen Bezirks Friedrichshain. Zwei lichtdurchflutete Zimmer mit Dielenboden liegen sich am Ende des Tageslicht Flures gegenüber. Auch hier ist noch Platz für eine Sitzgelegenheit o.ä. Das Balkonzimmer ist zur ruhigen Kiezstraße hin gelegen und dient als Wohnzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer, ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Von hier geht direkt das geflieste Duschbad mit Vorraum für eine Waschmaschine ab. Eine eingerichtete Wohnküche rundet das Angebot ab, sie ist allerdings nicht WG geeignet.

Due to Job changes we are renting our flat for some month. It is located in a typical Berlin old building in the middle of the centrally located district of Friedrichshain. Two light-flooded rooms with floorboards face each other at the end of the daylight corridor. The balcony room faces the quiet street and serves as a living room. The bedroom faces the inner courtyard. The newly tiled shower room leads directly from here. A furnished eat-in kitchen completes the offer. It’s not suitable as shared apartment.
Nähe des Traveplatzes. S/U Bahnhof Frankfurter Allee (Ring und U5) sowie Bahnhof Ostkreuz fußläufig erreichbar. Tramhaltestelle Linie 13 ist ca. 200 m entfernt. Der belebte Boxhagener Platz mit Wochenmarkt und Flohmarkt, sowie vielen Restaurants ist in 15 Min. zu Fuß erreicht.
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sowie Shoppingcenter im Radius von 400 m, ebenso Sportplatz, Ärzte, Restaurants und Bars.

The lively "Boxhagener Platz" with its weekly market and flea market, as well as many restaurants, is a 15-minute walk away. Good shopping facilities for daily needs as well as shopping centres within a radius of 400 m, as well as a sports field, doctors, restaurants and bars.
