Since I am traveling for about 1 month, I am renting out my beautiful 2.5-room apartment in the heart of Friedrichhain for a limited time from February 10 to March 9 (flexible dates possible, possibly earlier/longer).
Here are the most important facts in brief:
- approx. 500m (5min) near Ostkreuz (train station) & 30min to the airport
- Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and clubs as well as the Rummelsbucht within short walking distance
- bright apartment in an old building with balcony facing southeast and window facing southwest with green inner courtyard
- two large living rooms and bedrooms, spacious kitchen and hallway and bathroom with modern shower
- large desk with monitor and comfortable office chair, perfect for home offices
- beautiful parquet flooring, high ceilings
- modern apartment with all common household appliances

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Berliner Ostkreuz, also direkt an der Ringbahn bzw. 30min vom Berliner Flughafen entfernt. Es gibt einen großen Innenhof mit Grünfläche und Bänken, der zum Sonnen und Entspannen genutzt werden kann.
In der Straße befinden sich direkt viele kleine Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, Spätis und Supermärkte, bei den man rund um die Uhr bestens versorgt ist. Außerdem sind es nur 10-15 Gehminuten zum Boxhagener Platz, dem sozialen Zentrum von Friedrichshain mit vielen coolen Bars, Restaurants usw.
Wer gerne mal tanzen geht hat es nicht weit zu vielen Clubs oder zum Entspannen, Spazieren & Joggen an der Rummelsburger Bucht sind es wiederum nur 10 min zu Fuß. Außerdem befinden sich viele Fitnessstudios, Yoga-Studios und z. B. das Buddistische Zentrum ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

The flat is about a 5-minute walk from Berlin's Ostkreuz, i.e. directly on the Ringbahn or 30min from Berlin Airport. There is a large courtyard with green space and benches, which can be used for sunbathing and relaxing.
In the street, there are many small cafés, bars, restaurants, Spätis and supermarkets, where you are well supplied around the clock. It is also only a 10-15 minute walk to Boxhagener Platz, the social centre of Friedrichshain with lots of cool bars, restaurants, etc.
If you like to go dancing, it is not far to many clubs or to relax, walk and jog along the Rummelsburger Bucht, it is only a 10-minute walk. In addition, many fitness studios, yoga studios and, for example, the Buddist Centre are also only a few minutes away.
