Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, inklusive Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Die Miete ist ein Pauschalpreis und deckt alle Kosten ab – Heizung, Warmwasser, Strom und Internet. Und natürlich darfst du alles benutzen, was sich in der Wohnung befindet. Wenn du Lust auf Musik hast, kannst du auch gerne etwas auf dem ePiano oder der Ukulele klimpern.

The location is perfect – about 10-15 minutes walk from the Warschauer Straße, Samaritastr., or Ostkreuz U- and S-Bahn stations, and the M13 tram line practically stops at the door. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafes around.

The apartment is fully furnished, including a washing machine and dishwasher. Rent is an all-inclusive price covering all expenses – heating, hot water, electricity, and internet. And of course, you're welcome to use everything in the apartment. If you feel like making some music, you're welcome to play the ePiano or the ukulele.

The sublet is officially approved by the property management and runs from May to the end of August, with the possibility of extension. There are a few plants in the apartment that would appreciate your care.
