A beautiful 81 square meter Neubau apartment, with a comfortable and sunny balcony and car spot in the underground floor of the building.
In the apartment you can find one big entrance that is central to all other rooms. Then 2 bathrooms (one with the shower box and the washing machine, and the second with the bathtub), one big bedroom with a king
size bed, one cozy and very bright living room, one dining area with a big table and one spacious kitchen fully equipped. Beyond that, the apartment has also one really nice balcony with 1 sofa, 2 chairs and 1 table that you can use whenever you want, an ADSL connection, tv and one car spot in the building garage, where you can park your car if you need it.

As you can see from the photos, we have a dog [ that is not included in the rental FYI :) ] and although we’ll leave the apartment perfectly clean, we can’t guarantee that if you are allergic to dogs you will not have any problem about that, so keep this in mind.
In our apartment there are a lot of plants, we really love them and we would really appreciate it if you could take care of them for us.
The Building rules will then specified in the contract.
Rent period is fix, from September 1st 2024 to February 28th 2025 [6 months] (Possible extension but TBD)
