In Friedrichshain - S Bahn Ostkreuz 5 Min

Ich würde behaupten, dass man am Ostkreuz mit am besten angebunden ist, also perfekt für einen Besuch in Berlin. :) Trotzdem ist die Wohnung total ruhig und man kriegt vom Trubel draußen nichts mit, da die Wohnung im Hinterhaus liegt.

Vor dem Haus ist die Straße voller Leben. Es gibt Restaurants, Bars, Spätis, einen kleinen Park und vieles in Laufnähe (Läden, Second Hands).
Clubs wie Renate, Else, Berghain sind ebenfalls sehr nah. Man kommt mit den Öffis gut nach Kreuzberg und Neukölln. Für den Flughafen gibts eine Direktverbindung und man ist in 15/20 min da.

In Friedrichshain - Ostkreuz station 5 Min

I would argue that Ostkreuz is one of the best connected stations, so perfect for a visit to Berlin. :) Nevertheless, the apartment is totally quiet and you don’t hear anything from the hustle outside, because the apartment is in the back building.

In front of the house, the street is full of life. There are restaurants, bars, Spätis, a small park and many things within walking distance (stores, second hands).
Clubs like Renate, Else, Berghain are also very close. It is easy to get to Kreuzberg and Neukölln by public transport. For the airport there is a direct connection and you are there in 15/20 min.

- Restaurant and bars right outside the front door. Many clubs also close by (Club Ost, Renate, Else, Berghain, Watergate...) 

- Very well connected bc of the Ostkreuz station, where you can take the Ring and S-Bahn.

- 20 min. to the airport 



Sonstiges

Sonstiges:

- KAUTION: 400 €, davon sind 50 € Reiningungsgebühr. Ihr bekommt alles wieder, wenn die Wohnung im gleichen Zustand und sauber wieder übergeben wird. Ich möchte an dieser Stelle auch erwähnen, dass ich Aufnahmen von der ganzen Wohnung & den Gegenständen habe, falls etwas fehlen sollte. Wird die Wohnung schmutzig übergeben, werden 50 € für die Reinigung einbehalten.


Wenn alles gut ist, bekommst du das Geld an selbem Tag meiner Ankunft (02.06.)

Other: 

- DEPOSIT of 400 €, 50 € of which is a cleaning fee. You will get everything back if the flat is handed over in the same condition and clean. I would also like to mention that I have pictures of the whole flat and the objects in case something is missing. If the flat is handed over dirty, 50 € will be retained for cleaning.

If everything is fine, you'll get the money the same day I'm back (2.06)
