Sie befindet sich in der Torellstraße, 10243 Berlin, 5.Stock mit Aufzug. Sie liegt direkt an der Warschauer Straße, aber im hinteren Bereich, wo es meist ruhiger ist. ALDI, DENNS und einige Spätis um die Ecke, S-Bahn/Ubahn sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir haben sogar einen kleinen Gemeinschaftsgarten, wo man fast vergessen könnte, dass man mitten in der Stadt ist. Tolle Kneipen und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke!


It is located in Torellstraße, 10243 Berlin, 5th floor with elevator. It is located directly next to Warschauer Straße, but in the rear area, where it is usually quieter. ALDI, DENNS and some Spätis around the corner, S-Bahn/Ubahn are a 10-minute walk away. We even have a small communal garden where you could almost forget that you are in the middle of the city. Plenty of Bars and restaurants around!

Wir vermieten die Wohnung mit unseren lieben Katzen Nemi und Lana und suchen deshalb auch nach einer Person, die sich während der Zeit ein bisschen um sie kümmert. Das bedeutet zu schauen, dass sie genug Wasser haben und dass der Futternapf voll ist (es reicht morgens und abends was für sie rauszutun/ den Napf aufzufüllen). Auch das Katzenklo sollte gereinigt werden. Sonst freuen sie sich sehr, wenn du ab und zu mal mit ihnen spielst und sie streichelst.

Wir verlangen 100€ Kaution, da wir eine neue Musikanlage haben und es auch einen Beamer gibt.


We are renting the apartment with our lovely cats Nemi and Lana and are therefore also looking for someone to look after them a bit during this time. This means making sure that she has enough water and that the food bowl is full (it is enough to put something out for her in the morning and evening/fill the bowl). The litter box should be cleaned. Otherwise they will be very happy if you play with them and pet them from time to time.

We will ask for a deposit of 100€, as we have a new sound system and a small projector.
