Flat Swap - Ideal for a couple

I live and work in Berlin for 4 years and am currently looking to swap my 2-rooms apartment. I would like to offer it to someone who is in search of a larger space suitable for a couple. In return, I am seeking a smaller flat, ideal for a single person.

About My Flat:

- Size & Layout: 72 sqm, 1 bedroom, modern Einbauküche, big dining / living room, balcony.
- Rent: 1489 (warm).
- Ideal For: A couple or someone who needs extra space.
- Location: Friedrichshain (between S-Bahn Ostkreuz and Frankfurter Allee).
- Rental contract type: Unlimited - Anmeldung possible.
- Features: Beautiful Altbau, high ceiling, renovated wooden floor, spacious kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, storage room next to the bedroom, bathroom with bathtub.

What I’m Looking For:

- Size & Layout: 55 sqm minimum, 1 bedroom, Einbauküche, Altbau.
- Rent: 1000 (warm).
- Location: Preferably in Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, Neukölln or Prenzlauer Berg.
- Rental contract type: Unlimited - Anmeldung possible.
- Features: Einbauküche (ideally with dishwasher and washing machine). Altbau and balcony are a plus!
