We are subletting our 2-room apartment for 10 days in May, from 8th to 18th. Price is 700 EUR + 100 EUR Kaution for that period. We could be a bit flexible about the price.

It consists of a living room, bedroom, and a separate kitchen (and a bathroom, of course). It's on the 6th floor, in a building with an elevator, it has a balcony and lots of sun comming in 🌞. It's nicely, minimally decorated apartment, it has all you need (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV with a Chromecast, queen-size bed, etc.). It is pet-friendly. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.

It's in Friedrichshain, very centrally located, close to U Strausberger Platz (U5, takes 7 min to Alexanderplatz). There is a direct train from Ostbahnhof, which is 10 minutes by foot - the train takes you to the Berlin Airport in 20 minutes. Very well connected to the lively areas, such as Boxi and Kreuzberg. It's also a pretty peaceful and chill area.

Since the apartment has a bedroom, a living room, and a separate kitchen, it is also possible that 2 people rent out the place at the same time, as flat-mates We have an extra matress that could be put in the living room. The price stays the same then (so there is an opportunity to split the costs).
