The apartment is located directly on Strausberger Platz in Berlin Friedrichshain, on the border to Mitte – very centrally and perfectly connected. In less than five minutes you will reach the subway (U5) with which you will be at Alexanderplatz in a few minutes.

The overall transport link is excellent:
- Metro: Directly at the U5 (U-Bahnhof Strausberger Platz)
- Bus: Lines 142, 240, N5, N40, 265 keep in place
- S-Bahn: The nearest station is S Ostbahnhof, about 10 minutes walk
- From the main station you reach the apartment with the U5 in approx. 11–14 minutes, alternatively by bus 142 in approx. 23–28 minutes

The Volkspark Friedrichshain is just a 10-minute walk away and invites you to walk, jogging or relax. In the immediate vicinity you will find three supermarkets, numerous cafés, bakers, restaurants as well as pharmacies and Spätis - everything you need in everyday life. The area is quiet, but at the same time urban, with a very pleasant feeling of living.
