ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit WannenBad Dusche und einer Einbauküche.Die Wohnung ist in einem Super Zustand und besitzt sogar eine ca.9 qm grosse Terasse. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich komplett mit Teppich ausgelegt, welches ich aber im Wohn&Esszimmer mit dunklem Kirsch Laminat ausgelegt habe, welches Sie gerne für eine kleine Ablöse übernehmen können. Die Lage ist wirklich super zentral! Es sind keine 50m bis in die SimonDach Strasse, wo die ganzen kneipen angesiedelt sind. Mein Mietvertrag läuft leider erst zum 1.5.09 aus aber es ist kein Problem, dass ich auch schon zum 1.4.09 ausziehen kann, was mir lieber wäre. Ich bin ab 19Uhr zu erreichen.
