Die Wohnung kann für den gesammten Zeitraum, oder auch nur für ein paar Tage gemietet werden. Alles verhandelbar.
Wohnungsübergabe ist am 21.08.2010 bis spätestens 15.00 h zu erledigen.
Die Wohnung liegt wie schon bereits erwähnt im schönen Simon-Dach-Kiez, verfügt über ein gute Verkehrsverbindung nach K-Berg, Neuköln, P-Berg, Mitte und zur Friedrichstraße.
Außerdem habt Sie alles an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fast direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung befinden sich in einer Einbahnstraße und ist daher nicht so laut, aber trotzdem Mitten drin.
Die Wohnung muss genauso hinterlassen werden wie vorgefunden! Aufgeräumt und Sauber!
