Ich biete meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete vom 4.-28. März.
Sie ist ganze 80 qm groß und sehr charmant. Allerdings hat sie Ofenheizung und deshalb wäre es super wenn ihr euch mit Kohleofen etwas auskennen würdet. ich kann die Wohnung an 1-4 Pers. vermiten. Es gibt zwei Zimmer mit jeweils einer Doppelmatratze. Allerdings nutze ich ein Zimmer normalerweise als Atelier. Die Wohnung eignet sich auch gut wenn jemand ein Wohn-und Arbeitsplatz/Atelier sucht. Warm kostet mich die Wohnung ca 450 euro im Monat ( all incl. ) und deshalb möchte ich auch so viel dafür verlangen. Wenn ihr Interesse habt, kommt vorbei und schaut es euch an.
