Deckenhöhe schätze ich so auf 3,50m, mit Stuck.
Die Fenster von Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind zur Südseite mit Spreeblick - d.h. unverbaubar und hell. Außerdem ist da noch die Stralauer Allee - d.h. Straßengeräusche.
Nicht unbedingt WG-geeignet wegen Durchgangszimmer (das größere).
Wir können leider Flur-, Badezimmer- und Kücheneinrichtung nicht mitnehmen und würden die inklusive Waschmaschine und Gefrierschrank deshalb gerne für 300 € an die NachmieterInnen verkaufen.
Die Parksituation hab ich fürs Formular mal auf gut geschätzt weil ich in Berlin sonst nur Orte kenne wo es schlimmer ist. Ich selbst fahre aber kein Auto, weshalb ich das nicht so wirklich gut einschätzen kann.
