Ich suche eine/n oder zwei Zwischenmieter/innen für die Zeit vom 25.06. bis zum 30.09.2016.
Die Wohnung ist 58qm groß, liegt im 2. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus, hat zwei Zimmer, eine Küche in der man bequem zu dritt sitzen kann und ein Bad mit Fenster und Badewanne. Es liegt überall Dielenboden, es gibt W-lan und eine Festnetzflatrate für weitere 30 Euro- wenn ihr wollt, ich kann es auch abbestellen. Die Zimmer sind 18 und 15qm groß, unmöbliert, das kleinere hat einen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut als 2er WG oder für ein Paar geeignet. In der Küche bleibt ein Herd und eine Spüle (beides schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktionierend).
Es wäre gut wenn Du/ihr in den nächsten Tagen mal vorbei kommen könntet dann können wir alles weitere besprechen.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen in der Nähe des Boxhagener Platzes, dh es gibt viele Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten.
Nächste BVG-Haltestelle ist Samariterstr.
