Die Wohnung hat 2 Abstellkammern (eine mit Waschmaschinanschluss), 2 Balkone (1 zum Hof, eine Loggia zur Straße mit viel Sonne).
Die Straße ist laut (insbesondere abends/nachts). Das Schlafzimmer geht jedoch zum Hof und ist ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, aber man muss die Gegend mögen!
