BERLIN IM SOMMER
TEILMÖBILIERT!
Ich ziehe übergangsweise zu Freunden und vermiete meine gemütlich Wohnung für ca. drei Monte unter, voraussichtlich ab Anfang Juli. Ich suche einen zuverlässigen Untermieter oder eine zuverlässige Untermieterin für den Sommer. Die Wohnung wird teilmöbiliert sein, dh das Wichtigste ist da, ich werde aber Bett, Sofa und Schreibtisch mitnehmen. Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib mir eine Mail mit ein paar Infos über dich. Hast du Freitag Zeit für ein Kennenlernen und Besichtigen?
Auf 40 qm den verteilen sich ein kleines Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer, ich kann Sessel und Stühle dalassen und einen kleinen Tisch dalassen. Die Waschmaschine ist leider vor kurzem kaputt gegangen. Die kleine, schmale Küche ist mit Gasherd und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ausgestattet (Die Fotos sind nicht mehr ganz aktuell, es gibt jetzt außerdem noch mehr Regale!). Hier werde ich den Großgroßteil von Geschirr etc dalassen. Außerdem gibt es einen geräumigen Flur mit Garderobe und 2 Regale inklusive Bücher.
Die helle Wohnung befindet sich im Seitenflügel eines sanierten Altbaus und ist sehr ruhig. 5 Minuten bis zum Ostkreuz und damit super angebunden. Bus und Tram vor der Tür. Supermärkte, Spätis, Bäckerei alles nahbei. Es lässt sich herrlich entspannen vom turbulenten Berliner Leben und gehst du vor die Haustür, bist du mitten im besten Friedrichshainer Kiez.
In der Miete 490EUR/Monat sind die Kosten für Internet, Wasser und Strom inklusive und ich nehme eine Kaution. Verlängerung ist wahrscheinlich möglich.

SUMMER IN BERLIN
NOT FULLY FURNISHED!
I´ll move to friends for the summer sublet my small cozy apartment, very probably from the beginning of July onwards. If you´re interested, please write me a message with some details about yourself. Do you have time Friday for a visit?
It´s unfortunately not fully furnished, I will take my bed (&mattress), couch and writing desk. And wardrobe The 40-qm flat has a small bedroom and livingroom, I can leave some chairs, a table. The washingmachine just broke but there is a laundrette 1 minute away. In the small kitchen is a gas oven and a fridge with freezer (the pictures are a bit old, there are way more shelves!). I will leave most of my kitchen equpment! Besides there is the spacious corridor with 2 shelves with a lot of books!
The bright apartment is located in the side wing of a renovated old builling towards the backyard so it´s pretty quiet. And you just need to step out of the housedoor and you´re in pulsating Friedrichshain, only a couple of minutes from the S-Bahn station "Ostkreuz", a major public transport point where you can get to the center and to every other district quite fast. Supermarkets, bakery, 24/7 shops, bars - everything is closeby.
The rent is 490EUR/month including everything: internet, water, electricity and there will be a deposit. Extension very possible.
