Hello dear people from all over the world, i am offering my 64 sqm flat, in berlin friedrichshain to rent for 3 months.
Its free from now, or from October till December.
It’s a bright 2 room flat, furnitured with a podest bed in the sleeping room, a kitchen with fridge, oven, dishes etc…
The bathroom ingreeds a bath tube, washing machine, wc etc. everything for you to use…!
The living room gots a sleeping sofa, tv, table, chairs etc…
It’s a quite area, placed central in f`hain, with good traffic connection for the tram, bus and subway.( samariter strasse, frankfurter tor)
The monthly rent is 450,- euro for the flat, plus 100,- euro attendant cost, for energy, gas and water. Together all inclusive 550,- euro.
You also need to place a caution money of 700,- euro, in case that things got broken, or destroyed.
You get the money back after the time of renting, if there is no dirt, damage or broken things in the rooms.
We will set up an usual small contract about the renting, and I need to have a copy of your personal id.
