Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung im Norden von Friedrichshain.
Die Tram 10,4,6 und 8 ist direkt vor der Tür. In 10 Min bist du an der Sbahn "Landsberger Allee"
Die 2 Zimmerwohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut geschnitten.
Leider ist eines der Zimmer ein Berliner Zimmer (Durchgangszimmer) somit ist sie nicht WG geeignet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Seitenflügel somit ist sie sehr ruhig.
Gerne würde ich Euch einen Deal vorschlagen:
- Ich zieh bereits mitte Jan aus und übernehme für Jan die Komplette Miete (ihr spart Euch ca 300 Euro !!! )
- dafür übernimmt ihr die Streicharbeiten in der Wohnung
- Ihr gebt mir meine Kaution von 900 Euro zurück
- Diese bekommt ihr in Form von 2 Nettokaltmieten (auch 900 Euro) von der Wohnungsbaugesellschaft zurück
