Die Küche besitzt eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und einen neuen, großen Kühlschrank. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine große Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhaus gelegen, vom Treiben auf dem Boxhagener Platz bekommst du zuhause nichts mit.

Minimalistic and modern one bedroom flat in an old Berlin house. The very spacious living area offers a big working space/desk and a large sofa, the bedroom provides a 1,40mx2,00m size super comfortable bed. In the kitchen you will find an all new washing machine, dish washer, coffee machine and fridge. The bathroom has a huge bath tub. The apartment is in the backyard of the building, which means that you can enjoy Boxhagener Platz without being bothered by the noise of the street.
Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock im Hinterhaus eines Berliner Altbaus, direkt am Boxhagener Platz in Friedrichshain. Sieben Gehminuten bis S-Warschauer Straße oder Ostkreuz. Der Ostbahnhof ist per Bus ebenso schnell zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle Boxhagener Platz ist 50 Meter von der Haustür entfernt. Die Nachbarn sind ruhig und freundlich. An Samstagen gibt es direkt vor dem Haus einen der schönsten Lebensmittelmärkte der Stadt. Sonntags ist Flohmarkt. Clubs, Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Fülle vorhanden. Anwohnerparkausweis vorhanden.

The flat is on the first floor of a backyard building of an old Berlin apartment house, right at Boxhagener Platz in Friedrichshain. S-Bahn station Warschauer Straße is a seven minute walk away, just as Ostkreuz, or Ostbahnhof, which can be reached via bus. A bus stop (Boxhagener Platz) is 50 meters from the doorstep. The neighbors are quiet and friendly.
On Saturdays you will find a very nice grocery market right in front of the house. The weekly Boxhagener Platz flee market on Sundays is also worthwhile a stroll. The neighborhood offers plenty of clubs, bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities. Apartment comes with resident parking permit.
Es handelt sich um meine Privatwohnung welche ich während meines Auslandsaufenthalts gerne untervermieten möchte. Die Wohnung wäre passend für Singles, aber auch ideal für ein Pärchen. Bewerber ohne Haustiere werden bevorzugt. Kein Rauchen in der Wohnung. Besichtigung erwünscht.
